Please complete the form below to submit your paper proposal. The deadline for proposals is Friday, 13 May 2011.

We suggest you draft your abstract and bio elsewhere before cutting and pasting them into the form. Note that any formatting will be lost when you do so.

We will send you an email to acknowledge receipt of your proposal. After the review process is complete, we will contact you again to let you know if your submission was successful. If you haven’t heard from us by the end of July, please be in touch.
